Concert Terms and Conditions

These terms apply when you reserve a place at a Releasing Concert organised by WaveSycle B.V. Sending a reservation request does not commit you to anything. Your reservation becomes a binding purchase, and these terms apply to it, when you pay for it. These terms are linked from the reservation page and are included in the email that confirms your reservation.

Who you are contracting with

WaveSycle B.V., Hillegomstraat 12, Unit 0.10, 1058 LS Amsterdam, Netherlands. KvK: 90989171. BTW: NL865519225B01. Contact: info@wavesycle.com. Paying for a reservation creates a binding contract between you and WaveSycle B.V.

Your reservation

Each reservation admits one person to the Releasing Concert on the date shown when you reserved. The minimum age is 10. A reduced child price applies to anyone aged 10 to 16 inclusive. For anyone under 18, the reservation must be made or approved by a parent or guardian. You may pass your reservation on to someone else, free or for no more than you paid for it. Reselling it for a profit is not allowed. Please write to info@wavesycle.com to tell us who is coming in your place. A reservation at the child price can only be passed on to someone aged 10 to 16 inclusive.

Price and payment

The price is shown on the concert page and on the reservation page before you send a request, and includes all applicable taxes. We reply to your request within 2 business days with a payment request link for the full price. You then have 3 days to pay; if payment has not arrived by then, the place is released. Your reservation is confirmed by email once payment arrives. If places are still available on the night, you can also pay at the door by scanning a payment request QR code; your place is confirmed once the payment shows as complete on your phone.

If we cancel

If WaveSycle B.V. cancels a concert, you will receive a full refund of the price you paid within 14 days. WaveSycle B.V. is not liable for additional costs — such as travel or accommodation — incurred in connection with a cancelled event.

If we postpone

If WaveSycle B.V. postpones a concert to a different date, you will be notified by email. If the new date does not suit you, you are entitled to a full refund. You can ask for it up to the new date's refund deadline. If we tell you about the change after that deadline has passed, you can ask up to the new concert date itself. To request a refund, write to info@wavesycle.com.

Cancellation by you

Each concert has its own refund deadline. It is shown on the concert page and the reservation page before you send a request, and again in the email that confirms your reservation. If you cancel before that deadline, you are entitled to a full refund. After the deadline, your reservation is non-refundable. To cancel, write to info@wavesycle.com with the name and date of the concert.

Right of withdrawal

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (implemented in Dutch law as Article 6:230p BW), consumers normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts. However, this right does not apply to contracts for leisure services — including reservations for events — where a specific performance date is agreed at the time of booking (Article 16(l) CRD / Article 6:230p(e) BW). By paying for your reservation you expressly acknowledge and agree that the standard 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to it. Your right to a full refund if WaveSycle B.V. cancels or postpones the event is unaffected.

Liability

Except in the cases listed in the next sentence, WaveSycle B.V.'s liability for any damage arising from or in connection with these terms is limited to the price you paid for your reservation. Nothing in these terms limits WaveSycle B.V.'s liability for personal injury or death caused by its negligence, or for damage caused by its intent or conscious recklessness. The releasing practice shared at Releasing Concerts is not for the treatment, diagnosis, cure, or provision of advice regarding any physical or mental illness. It is not a substitute for competent medical attention. Please seek assistance from a qualified medical practitioner if you are experiencing symptoms.

Recording

Photography, filming or audio recording may take place during the concert.

Nothing that identifies you is published without asking you first, separately, and after the concert has happened. If you speak, ask a question, or can be recognised in something we would like to use, we will write to you afterwards and ask. You are free to say no. If you do not reply, the answer is no. Agreeing is not a condition of anything. Your reservation, and your part in the evening, do not depend on it.

For anyone under 16, we ask their parent or guardian instead, and nothing identifying them is published without that person's agreement.

If you agree and later change your mind, write to info@wavesycle.com and we will stop using the material. We cannot recall copies other people have already downloaded or shared.

If we cannot identify or reach someone who can be recognised, we blur or crop them out rather than publish them.

If you would rather not be recorded at all, tell us beforehand or on the night, and we will seat you out of frame.

Being in the room is not, by itself, agreement to appear in anything published.

Recordings are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Privacy

WaveSycle B.V. processes personal data relating to reservations in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

Complaints and disputes

If you have a complaint, please write to info@wavesycle.com and we will aim to respond within 5 business days. WaveSycle B.V. is not currently subscribed to a certified alternative dispute resolution body. EU consumers seeking dispute resolution information may consult the European Commission's Consumer Redress portal at consumer-redress.ec.europa.eu.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes that cannot be resolved directly will be submitted to the court that has jurisdiction under the law. If you are a consumer resident in another EU member state, you retain the benefit of any mandatory consumer protection provisions of the law of your country of residence, and may bring proceedings before the courts of your country of residence in accordance with applicable EU law.
