This policy explains how WaveSycle B.V. collects and uses your personal data when you subscribe to our mailing list.

What data we collect
When you subscribe to our mailing list, we collect your email address. Our emails also use tracking technology that records when an email is opened and which links are clicked — see 'Email tracking' below. Providing your email address is voluntary. If you do not subscribe, you will not receive our event announcements.
Why we collect it
To send you announcements about upcoming Releasing Concerts and related updates. We do not use your data for any other purpose. We do not make solely automated decisions about you that produce legal or similarly significant effects (GDPR Article 22).
Legal basis
We process your email address on the basis of your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)). You may withdraw consent at any time by unsubscribing — see below.
Service providers
Your email address is processed by MailerLite (UAB MailerLite, Lithuania, EU), acting as a data processor on our behalf under a Data Processing Agreement. MailerLite does not use your data for their own purposes. MailerLite may transfer data to subprocessors located outside the European Economic Area; where such transfers occur, MailerLite relies on Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission as the transfer safeguard. Email tracking
Our emails use tracking technology provided by MailerLite. When an email is opened, a small image in the email records that it was received, together with the approximate time, your IP address, and your email client and device type. When you click a link in our email, MailerLite records which link was clicked and when. We use this information solely to understand whether our emails are reaching subscribers and to improve our communications. We process this data on the basis of our legitimate interest (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)) in measuring and improving our email communications. You can prevent open tracking by disabling automatic image loading in your email application. If you prefer not to have your engagement tracked, you may unsubscribe at any time.
How long we keep it
We retain your email address for as long as you remain subscribed. Following unsubscription, your email address will be deleted within 30 days. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send, or by writing to info@wavesycle.com.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data; to restrict processing; and to receive your data in a portable format. You also have the right to withdraw your consent at any time — this does not affect the lawfulness of any processing that took place before withdrawal.
