Terms and Conditions

These terms apply when you purchase a ticket to a Releasing Concert organised by WaveSycle B.V. By completing a purchase you agree to these terms. These terms are made available at the point of purchase and are included in your booking confirmation email.

Who you are contracting with

WaveSycle B.V., Hillegomstraat 12, Unit 0.10, 1058 LS Amsterdam, Netherlands. KvK: 90989171. BTW: NL865519225B01. Contact: info@wavesycle.com. Completing a purchase creates a binding contract between you and WaveSycle B.V.

Your ticket

Each ticket grants admission for one person to the Releasing Concert on the date specified at the time of purchase. Tickets are personal and non-transferable.

Price and payment

The ticket price is displayed before checkout and is inclusive of all applicable taxes. Payment is due in full at the time of booking. Booking is confirmed by email once payment is processed.

If we cancel

If WaveSycle B.V. cancels a concert, you will receive a full refund of the ticket price within 14 days. WaveSycle B.V. is not liable for additional costs — such as travel or accommodation — incurred in connection with a cancelled event.

If we postpone

If WaveSycle B.V. postpones a concert to a different date, you will be notified by email. If the new date does not suit you, you are entitled to a full refund. To request a refund, write to info@wavesycle.com within 14 days of receiving the notification.

Cancellation by you

If you cancel your booking more than 7 days before the event, you are entitled to a full refund. Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are non-refundable. To cancel, write to info@wavesycle.com with your booking reference.

Right of withdrawal

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (implemented in Dutch law as Article 6:230p BW), consumers normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts. However, this right does not apply to contracts for leisure services — including event tickets — where a specific performance date is agreed at the time of booking (Article 16(l) CRD / Article 6:230p(f) BW). By completing your purchase you expressly acknowledge and agree that the standard 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to your ticket. Your right to a full refund if WaveSycle B.V. cancels or postpones the event is unaffected.

Liability

WaveSycle B.V.'s liability for economic loss arising from or in connection with these terms is limited to the face value of your ticket. Nothing in these terms limits WaveSycle B.V.'s liability for personal injury or death caused by its negligence, or for fraud or wilful misconduct. The releasing practice shared at Releasing Concerts is not for the treatment, diagnosis, cure, or provision of advice regarding any physical or mental illness. It is not a substitute for competent medical attention. Please seek assistance from a qualified medical practitioner if you are experiencing symptoms.

Privacy

WaveSycle B.V. processes personal data relating to ticket purchases in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

Complaints and disputes

If you have a complaint, please write to info@wavesycle.com and we will aim to respond within 5 business days. WaveSycle B.V. is not currently subscribed to a certified alternative dispute resolution body. EU consumers seeking dispute resolution information may consult the European Commission's Consumer Redress portal at consumer-redress.ec.europa.eu.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes that cannot be resolved directly will be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam, Netherlands. If you are a consumer resident in another EU member state, you retain the benefit of any mandatory consumer protection provisions of the law of your country of residence, and may bring proceedings before the courts of your country of residence in accordance with applicable EU law.
