About Erinala
I used to put all my effort into being the person I was expected to be. I was good at it. And I was miserable.
After a seemingly endless period of confusion and internal struggle, I found something I hadn't expected: a way of working with feelings that is simple enough to use moment by moment, something that actually helps. I've been practicing it for over sixteen years, both alone and with others. Now I gather small groups in and around Amsterdam to share it live, in person, with music I compose live in the room.
It's an elegant process you can learn and take with you, which has helped me find the freedom to engage with life as it is. And that, to me, is absolutely priceless.
